Did you mention about SEO such as "I will give 5k backlinks for $5" or something like that..! Actually, I would answer "Yes" and "No". You know? the most of those Link Builder are fake and they hurt your blog, but at lease 1% of those SEO service is trustworthy. So, if you want to gain the effective and low from those SEO service unless you know that how could they do it for you. To make sure you have monitor such as their websites and backlinks, and how to their traffic flow after Google update.
