You can found it through google, there are some directories that are not working nowadays. The directories that have good rank are generally demand paid account from you. You can make search the directories that approve your submission instantly.You have to check them whether they approve your link instantly or not.

That is good idea.. Actually i just put thread here to get clean and working directory sites.. There are few lists in Google and all sites are not working only working some of them.
