Going the online marketing and SEO route is always good with a low budget. I'm not saying that $1,000 is a small amount of money, but there are some companies that are started up with a few hundred thousand :D It's a low investment type of business that can yield a good amount of profit if done right.

When I started selling my own SEO services I had $50 and a free website. I then set up my first adwords campaign and had it running at $10 a day for 5 days.

When I gathered the profits from my sales, I put it right back into adwords and did this over and over again until I could work online full time.

Just be sure to bootstrap all your earnings and live below your means. Don't go out and buy a lambo if you're making 10k a month lol :D

This is the thing mostly people faced when start their online business for the first time. But now if you go with Google adwords, you can not spend $10 a day, it requires high budget that not easy for someone can accommodate with the bids.

When I gathered the profits from my sales, I put it right back into adwords and did this over and over again until I could work online full time.
You succeeded in increasing sales for your sites just with adwords only? what is the status now? are you still using it?

Hey marketers,

I would like to request your insights or advices to invest into online business for stable income.

My niches is in Online/blogging/wordpress and I have around $1,000 at my disposal to start a new business. I also have some knowledge of internet marketing and basic SEO. I'm ready to invest if it can generate money monthly after 3 or 6 months.

What would you do? What field would you choose and why?

I hope to be inspired by your answers.

Thank you!
I'm curious which direction you took since last May? There are some great recommendations here, but with $1000, given your interests and skills, I'd invest a portion of that into advertising, utilizing split tests. To make money blogging, you'll need to ensure your articles are at least 2-3000 words long and are value-add. If not, you'll just get lost in an ocean of bloggers writing 3-600 word articles.

Create a sales funnel in a niche which is already getting lots of visitors and volume. Create your own product on sale affiliate products. Build your list and market to that list related products.

$ 1000 is a pretty big number. If I have so much I will invest in affiliate marketing. Pay for website system and backlink as well as attract traffic from social network. And of course with such money, after investing I think it's still surplus.

If I was just starting out, and wanted to promote my blog, I would make or pay some one to create a damn good opt-in page for my blog, test it on some free traffic, then I would spend the rest in good solo ads, and send that traffic to my opt-in page, after my testing. Create a review on a product which you make a blog post for on your blog (with a link to the product to sell it in the blog post), use that as the landing page, after opt-in.

Then buy more traffic, and keep building my email list. Rinse and repeat. Make sure and use jetpack or some plug in, that allows people to subscribe to my bog post as well. Keep writing good content, and keep building your email list, first and foremost. A $1000.00 handled right, can put a bunch of people on your list, and continue to drive traffic and sales for you.

Sincerely,
Richard Weberg
