How to Join a LinkedIn Group ?

Can you show me ways How to join a LinkedIn Group ?
I don't know where to start so I need some your instructions

Just sign up for a LinkedIn account-which is free
then familiarize yourself with how LinkedIn works.
You can only be able to join and participate in groups
when you have logged in to your account.

Thanks Julzwriter for your advices, how can I find groups that I want or relate to my industry ?

Personally I don't use LinkedIn I don't see the purpose for it unless your creating a portfolio and the free account is limited and don't have full access to everything which is a drawback. I mean if your a really popular business then I would suggest it but other than that not really.

So you are discouraging someone from using LinkedIn

No I'm just stating my opinion on the topic if people wish to use it they can

Once you have logged in to your LinkedIn account,
use the search bar that is normally located at the top right corner
of LinkedIn to search for industries you are interested in. Use keywords
that relate to your industry. For example, if you are interested in writing
type in 'writing' in the search box. Some suggested group links will pop up
as you type into the box. You can click the links to follow them. You will see
the tab with 'join group' at the top of the page. Click on it. Depending on the
settings put in place by the person who started the group you can be able to
join some groups immediately you click on 'Join Group'. In other instances, you
will have to wait until the person who manages the group approves your request.
This may take a couple of days.

When you are doing the search, make sure to choose 'Groups' in
the drop down menu on the left side of the search box.

Once you join a group, you can follow discussions started by other people
and comment on them. You can also start your own discussions.

I find LinkedIn to be quite resourceful

If you have account on linkedin then its not so hard to join group, but it depends on you that what kind of group you want to join. You can join group of any company or service or related with any particular field.
