I prefer Email Campaing it’s better because you get a lot more people with a good mass marketing campaign. Reaching more people means generating traffic to your business, which means generating more visits to your business, what long-term potential customers mean is that you get to attract them with your content.
SMS Campaign you go one per one, is very slow process and not get than people as a email marketing campaing

SMS Marketing is the only way to get 59% response rate, as per B2B & B2C industry standers chat & texting agents have 10X productivity. Most popular CRM like Salesforce, ZOHO, ServiceNow, HubSpot, etc., have already integrated native sms and messaging platforms to be sent from the CRM itself giving them a high conversion of 30-40%...That's really HIGH!!!

Email Marketing only works if you have a proper ABM strategy.

I see , Email marketing and sms marketing both are marketing strategy but i don't sue the sms marketing strategy ever . Always i have tried the Email marketing policy when need and the Email marketing have a great role and effective . Anyone can try it if need.

While email and SMS are both effective ways to communicate, there certainly are messages that are best suited for each channel. Email is a great medium for sending longer messages that include images and attachments.

SMS, on the other hand, is the perfect communication channel for brief, appropriate information or offers. It is a perfect way to effectively reach your customers and keep them coming back.

Send personalized SMS (with client name, gift voucher code ...).
Manage customer lists & results of the SMS send.

email Marketing

Subscribe list management (email, name, etc.).

60 percent of people of the world own a cell phone compared with. Statistics reveal that 4 percent have risen each year and estimated to last within this trajectory over the years. The amount of individuals is higher compared to email marketing.

These two giants of the marketing world always confront each other in different ways, both have their pros and cons, and both are widely used by many companies around the world. Both have now been in existence for several years, with email being the older of the two, as well as the more widely used form of business communication. However, since that email burst on the scene, it hasn't really changed or evolved too much.

SMS marketing is the fast way to connect with customer and Email marketing also very popular. Both are serve unique purpose in your overall marketing.

I would prefer SMS marketing because it is Inexpensive, large reach, instant delivery, and high conversion rate.

Every marketing technology has its own time frame to work aggressively in the market. Yes, SMS Marketing was so popular and the biggest way to generate sales. But I want to add that before reaching any conclusion, look at the current statistic that 30% of businesses are using text messages to communicate with their clients and generate sales, whereas 87% of marketers use email marketing to generate leads and conversion.

In 2010, the scenario was different 68% of businesses were using text messages, and 48% were using email marketing for communication and sales.

I am not saying which one is good or not, but things are changing with time, and we need to accept rather than compare.

Both are the best ways for the marketing.
But Email marketing is the best as compere to SMS marketing. Email marketing has been one of the most reliable and steadily-performing marketing channels for decades
